Shipping & Returns

We will confirm your order and process within 3 days of purchase. Items are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 5 to 8 days for delivery, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstance such as bad weather conditions or strikes.

International customers: You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Items are shipped first class and have NO tracking number. If you would like a tracking method, the item will have to be shipped Express mail, which costs around $25 AUS. Please message me after you buy your item if you want it to be shipped this way, and I will invoice you for the extra shipping cost.

If you need something to be express posted in Australia, please contact us and we can arrange that to happen for small extra fee. It’s not too much more expensive to send things quicker within Australia, but normal post usually doesn’t take much longer than a week outside of the holiday season.

We do not accept returns unless you receive the wrong item or if you receive an item damaged.

To return your print/s please contact [email protected] and include your purchase number and details. Please e-mail us three days after receiving your prints. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling costs of all returns. Exchanges are not given for prints that are damaged due to incorrect handling of prints or care.
